Our office is temporarily closed
In case of emergency, call (403) 686-2001 and leave a detailed message
The Alberta Dental Association & College has mandated that effective March 17, all dental offices suspend all non-emergency dental treatment and services. In light of this development, we have decided to temporarily close our office, and will see emergency patients by appointment only.
Some examples of dental emergencies include:
- Oral-facial trauma
- Severe Infection
- Prolonged bleeding
- Pain which cannot be managed by over-the-counter medications
If you have a dental emergency during this closure period, please call us at (403) 686-2001 and leave a detailed message including your full name and phone number. We will be monitoring these messages frequently during our customary business hours and will call you back as soon as possible to coordinate your emergency care.
Thank you for your support, understanding and patience during this difficult time as we work together to ensure the well-being of everyone in our community, and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We appreciate the trust you place in us as your dental care provider, and we want to take all due care to protect the health of all our patients.

Clearing Up The Confusion
To all our patients and friends:
You may have heard in the news that there have been a number of COVID-19 cases related to people who attended the annual Pacific Dental Conference.
Rest assured, the Pacific Dental Conference has no affiliation to our office, it is a dental meeting held every spring in Vancouver.
Thankfully, our staff members, as well as Dr. Castro, did not attend the conference this year. We are all well and following the Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Dental Association & College recommendations to limit our, and your, exposure to this virus.
We are very grateful for the concern you, our patients, have shown us. It warms our hearts to know that you care about us as much as we care about all of you.
Should you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@pacificdental.ca.
Be safe and in good health,
